Malibu Fire Rebuild Taking Shape

Our fire rebuild project above the beach in Malibu is taking shape as the foundations are being laid and steel is going into the ground. The courtyard home will be built to be fire resistant with steel and concrete.

Malibu Construction Update

The Noranda Lane project, dubbed Titania, is taking shape! On site now, the framework is coming down and you can see the serpentine board-formed concrete retaining walls carving out the site for the house and gardens. The large site provides plenty of safe social-distancing space for the hard working construction team. At the end of the workday, the views aren’t half bad.
